Administrative Affairs Unit
Overview
The Administrative Unit is an essential part of the Center and a major player to achieve the Jordan Center of Disease Control (JCDC)’s strategic objectives through providing administrative and logistical support and preparing operation budget plans necessary for the center management and implementation, beside human resources practices in term of identifying the needs of the workforce, attracting right staff, appointing and developing their skills.

Goals and Objectives
Providing all administrative and logistical services in the center to achieve the objectives of the various units in line with the center's strategy
Commitment to the quality of services provided in terms of efficiency and time.
Commitment to put all precautionary measures to mitigate various risks in the administrative, logistical and security aspects for the safety of employees and property.
Develop the necessary plans and instructions and regular review to improve the procedures and work processes within the center and ensure that employees adhere to them.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Participate in setting the main objectives of the center and participate in their formulation.
Preparing sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs in order to achieve the main objectives of the Center.
Participate in the preparation of operations budget and the budgets for the center.
Archiving and issuing correspondence and all decisions issued by senior management and approving them.
Supervising the development of a special system for classifying and numbering all official records, documents and documents through (Tarasul) system.
Follow up on the rationalization of use of materials, supplies, stationery, and control the use and maintenance of devices, vehicles, and communication equipment’s beside the maintenance of the building and security issues.
Follow up on human resources issues of all staff to ensure that they are complete, updated and all eligible staff are enrolled with social security and medical insurance services.
Manages the procurement and supply operations with timely delivery of what other organizational units need to carry out their work and tasks entrusted to them in order to achieve their objectives.
