On Thursday, Jordan CDC and the Middle Eastern Community Health Network “EMPHNET”, signed a cooperation agreement in the field of training and building the capabilities of health service providers.
The agreement stipulates cooperation in preparing health protocols aimed at enhancing preparedness and readiness to combat epidemics and communicable diseases, limit their spread, reduce their effects, and evaluate their effectiveness in protecting health service providers.
In addition to forming a committee from both parties to prepare work plans and implement the terms of the agreement in line with the institutional goals of both parties.
Dr. Muhammad Al-Yahya, said: “This agreement supports coordination efforts between agencies working in the field of public health in Jordan and strengthens the relationship based on cooperation in various related fields.”
Dr. Muhannad Al-Nsour, said: “This agreement aims to establish an institutional framework for the ties that bring us together with the center and those in charge of it, and it constitutes an important axis of the efforts made to coordinate work between the various relevant parties.”
